| In fair weather, CHS parishioners are encouraged to come to church
by bicycle, foot, or other environmentally-conscious, nonpetroleum
powered means. CHS has a Parish Composter, which is itself a recycled item. The composter is located outside the back door of the parish hall at the bottom of the fire escape. In a sermon, The Reverend Dr. Frederick P. Moser discussed the problem of carbon emissions in context of that Sunday's Gospel reading.
